    Executive Driver

    • We are seeking a reliable and experienced Executive Driver to provide transportation service to the Director.
    • As the Personal driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the MD's safety, comfort, and timely arrival at various destinations.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Safely transporting the Managing Director to and from the office, appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Planning and optimizing travel routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion
    • Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle
    • Assisting the Managing Director in loading and offloading of luggage and other items as needed.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations and ensure the MD's compliance with safety protocols
    • Report any instance of mishap or accident, injury, or damage to the vehicle.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, vehicle conditions, and other records requested by management

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Criminology from a recognized university.
    • Valid accident-free driving license Class B, C, E
    • Valid defensive driving certificate.
    • Must be familiar with in and out of Nairobi region routes
    • Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili
    • Ability to handle matters with integrity and confidentiality and follow through until successful completion.
    • 5 years of progressive experience working as a driver in a corporate environment Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and on weekends as needed

    Tipper Drivers

    Job Summary

    • The Driver will be responsible for logistics and supporting the management team by offering transport of construction materials to and from specified locations.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Timely transportation of crushed rock, sand, and any other raw materials to and from specified locations
    • Safe delivery of materials with the right quantity
    • Driving the vehicle as authorized and safe transportation of persons and assets as assigned;
    • Be physically available on-site for any delivery to be made
    • Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel Record the amount and type of materials being delivered.
    • Ensuring routine service and maintenance of the vehicle;
    • Timely reporting of any accidents and follow-up of police abstracts and related documents;
    • Undertake vehicle inspection and keep up-to-date inspection reports;
    • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures

    Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications and Experience

    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE)
    • Must have a valid BC1/BCE Driving License
    • Must have had at least 5 years' experience in Tippers & Canter.
    • Clear understanding of NTSA rules and guidelines
    • Basic mechanical skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;

    Site Clerk

    Job Summary

    • The site clerk will be accountable in handling construction materials and also help with day to day and daily material requests/receipts.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • To support the Construction Site Staff with administrative duties and site documentations
    • Keeps records of all resources deployed to site and their allocation (Labor, materials, equipment)
    • Timely Placement of Orders to Maintain Inventory of Required Site Materials
    • Documenting the daily work done
    • Order and Maintain Office Supplies
    • Provide relevant documentation to finance team for payment

    Skills

    • Broad knowledge of the construction industry covering materials, trades, building methods, and legal requirements
    • Good organizational and project management skills
    • Good written communication skills, for completing paperwork and compiling reports
    • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. especially, Word & Excel

    Qualifications

    • A degree in accounting or finance is a must
    • Experience - at least 1 year in a construction environment handling similar works
