    Quality Control Officer – Sports Equipment

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and oversee quality control procedures to maintain the highest product and service standards.
    • Conduct audits to identify quality gaps, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with established quality benchmarks.
    • Analyse data to monitor quality performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
    • Design and deliver training programs to improve processes and foster a culture of quality across the organization.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all manufacturing processes.
    • Evaluate and analyse Quality Control reports from section-level Quality Controllers for accuracy and insights.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive solutions, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
    • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within a similar manufacturing environment.
    • Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent).
    • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and professional best practices.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

    Sales and Marketing Head – East Africa

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee industrial, automotive, and specialty lubricant sales across East Africa.
    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for market expansion.
    • Manage and grow distributors, dealer, and direct sales channels.
    • Drive revenue growth through B2B, B2C, and industrial sales initiatives.
    • Strengthen brand positioning through strategic marketing and promotions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Strong regional market knowledge with willingness to travel extensively across the East African region as required.

    Sales Executive – Luxury Wine & Accessories Distribution

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategies aimed at achieving the monthly target of 2,000 wine bottles sold.
    • Secure, build, and maintain relationships with 200 key clients, including high-end restaurants, hotels, travel agencies, and retailers.
    • Drive sales through tailored wine tastings, presentations, and exclusive events.
    • Represent the company at industry events such as wine exhibitions, tastings, and promotional events to strengthen brand presence and generate new leads.
    • Track and manage leads through the CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in luxury wine/spirits or hospitality.
    • A strong track record in B2B sales.
    • In-depth knowledge and passion for wines, including varieties, regions, and tasting proficiency.
    • Proven experience with diverse clientele.
    • Charismatic and persuasive communicator with strong negotiation skills.
    • Results-driven with a competitive spirit.
