What you will do:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Confirm account status after loan clearance and educate clients on logbook release processes.
• Respond to emails and receive calls escalated concerning logbooks.
• Verify logbook status and provide customer guidance.
• Followup on cases requiring NTSA and ICT intervention.
• Execute ownership transfer and discharge for clients who have cleared their loans.
• Ensuring all company vehicles are booked on the NTSA platform.
• Oversee the dispatch of logbooks to customers.
• Maintain an updated logbook register for dispatched logbooks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What you will need:

• A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Atleast two year Previous relevant experience in Logbook and Dispatch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of record keeping.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
• High degree of integrity.
