    Credit Control Manager- Kiambu

    What you will do:

    • Manage a team of Credit Control Officers
    • Formulation of the company's credit policy to mitigate unnecessary risk
    • Review credit applications and credit references to set credit limits and ensure creditworthiness
    • Prepare journal entries, and credit notes and assist with month-end reports
    • Review and report on Aged Debtors
    • Regularly meet and negotiate terms with third-party debt collection agencies
    • Manage write-offs, bad debt provisions, and setting up of payment plans
    • Preparation of statement of claims for liquidators
    • Assist the broader accounts team
    • Regularly review the process and procedures to reduce debtor days

    Must have:

    • Excellent leadership and relationship management skills
    • 3-5 years experience in the same capacity in a solar or related company
    • Knowledge of credit and credit control activities
    • Managerial experience in credit control
    • Strong Excel, written, verbal, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Well-organized and efficient work style
    • CPA and a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course
    • Master’s degree is an advantage

    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities

    • Meet monthly revenue, trading profit, and budget targets.
    • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
    • Manage the whole Kiambu region
    • Ensure maximum exploitation of business opportunities in the assigned region
    • Develop and update a detailed Territory Sales Plan.
    • Develop and qualify business opportunities across the county.
    • Network with key players in the company’s target industry sectors.
    • Educate the industry and decision-makers regarding the benefits of company products.
    • Servicing of company’s potential customer base and maintaining good working relations at all levels with the target clients.
    • Generate and receive inquiries, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure business.
    • Ensure that the sales pipeline remains optimized for continuous business growth.
    • Effective use of CRM system.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a customer database.
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures including EH&S Best Operating Policy.

    Qualifications

    • Education- Bachelor's Degree in sales/marketing or any other related field of study

    • Experience- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar position, 2 of which should be Senior Sales Position

    Procurement Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Sourcing for suppliers and their pre-qualification according to the HomeBiogas policies
    • Carrying out Procurement Functions for HomeBiogas, its employees, its related parties in a timely manner and in accordance with approved Procurement Policies and Processes.
    • Engagement in continuous development and improvements of the company's procurement process to save costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Ensuring all relevant procurement-related documents are in place and properly filed.
    • Ensuring that relevant Procurement Process Management Tools are up to date and 100% accurately maintained
    • Support of EEA Ks Fleet- and HSE-Management
    • Work in collaboration with the Finance Department to ensure timely delivery of services, invoice processing and all other duties as assigned
    • Warehousing Responsibilities
    • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods
    • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance
    • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
    • Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
    • Determine staffing levels and assign workload
    • Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
    • Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
    • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
    • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain or a Similar position.
    • Experience in Supplier Sourcing, Fleet and Contract Management
    • Excellent Analytical Skills, Bargaining skills, interpersonal skills and Negotiation Skills
    • Excellent sense of urgency and Time management with high organizational skills
    • Basic knowledge in Ms Office (especially Excel/Word) and computer knowledge are required
    • Advanced knowledge of SAP is a Plus.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain, warehousing, or related field.
