    Bakery Machine Technicians

    Job Brief

    • Operate process control machinery to bake various bread types. Ensure smooth operation, optimal capacity, and maintenance of machines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate, set up, and clean machines; feed raw materials; adjust settings; monitor baking process.
    • Inspect products, address faults, and maintain production logs.
    • Manage raw material inventory and ensure quality control per GMP standards.
    • Monitor equipment performance, report issues, and coordinate repairs.
    • Train new operators and support skills development.
    • Implement process improvements and maintain food safety compliance.

    Requirements

    Education and Key Qualification Requirements

    • Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Science, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience with mixers, proofers, slicers, packaging, and bagging machines.
    • Ability to operate PLCs.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience.

    IT Administrator

    Duties

    • Reports to the farm manager and directors on all activities associated with the ICT department.
    • Analyzing designing and maintaining appropriate security system analyzing and planning fault tolerance, backup and disaster recovery measures
    • Managing and maintain of user profiles on the intranet mailing system and application software
    • Website design: Coordinating, developing and overseeing the upgrading of company website
    • User support: trouble shooting and providing technical knowledge on existing and future issues that might occur.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science.
    • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are an added advantage.
    • Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in ICT management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
    • Proven track record of managing ICT projects and multi-site ICT infrastructure

    Warehouse Supervisor

    Role Purpose

    • The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely dispatch, and strict compliance with safety and company procedures. The role will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain audit-ready standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
    • Oversee the timely receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.
    • Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic cycle counts and stock takes, and reconcile variances.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all warehouse activities.
    • Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards, while ensuring staff follow all SOPs.
    • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to build capability and ensure adherence to performance standards.
    • Manage shift schedules, overtime, and staff allocation during peak periods.
    • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
    • Track and report on key warehouse KPIs, including stock accuracy, dispatch turnaround, damages, and operational costs.
    • Lead safety initiatives, conduct toolbox talks, report incidents, and maintain compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
    • Support internal and external audits through accurate record-keeping and compliance readiness.
    • Resolve operational issues such as damages, shortages, returns, and disputes while minimizing disruption.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures within warehouse operations.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
    • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to ERP (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent preferred) or Warehouse Management Systems.
    • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
    • High integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices; forklift license is an added advantage.

    Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

    Role Purpose:

    • The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of raw materials, processes, and finished animal feed products, with a focus on maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished animal feeds.
    • Monitor and document compliance with established feed quality and safety standards.
    • Investigate and report deviations, recommending corrective actions.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Or Diploma/Certificate in Animal Health & Production – must have some relevant work experience.
    • Exposure to or experience in poultry feed/animal nutrition is highly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of animal health, feed safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Good analytical and reporting skills.
    • Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

    Electrical Technician - Beverage Industry

    • The Electrical Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal plant performance.
