Additionally, the Field Team Leader will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to improve field operations and providing regular reports to upper management.

The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging in sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and managing relationships with clients. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing and presenting financing solutions, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
