Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
• Assemble and install pipes, valves, fittings, and other plumbing components.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and drainage issues.

• Work with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to work in tight spaces and lift heavy materials.

• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced plumbing systems such as hydronic heating or gas systems.Knowledge of green plumbing solutions and water conservation techniques.
