    Plumber

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and regulations, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
    • Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
    • Assemble and install pipes, valves, fittings, and other plumbing components.
    • Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and drainage issues.
    • Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
    • Work with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure seamless integration of systems.
    • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Physical stamina and dexterity to work in tight spaces and lift heavy materials.

    Custodian

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

    HR Assistant

    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of general HR experience and a minimum of one year working in an international school. This role requires excellent organizational skills, knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to support various HR functions efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:
