    Graphic Design Assistant

    Graphic Design Assistant Role

    We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Design Assistant to join our dynamic design team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Graphic Design to support the creation and production of visual assets across various platforms. You will assist in designing projects, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the creation of visual designs, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, and digital content, for both print and digital media.
    • Support the Head of Graphic Design in the development of design concepts and strategies.
    • Help prepare and format design files for production and digital distribution.
    • Maintain and organize design assets, files, and templates in a clear and efficient manner.
    • Ensure consistency and quality of design work across all projects by adhering to established brand guidelines.
    • Assist in photo editing, retouching, and manipulation as needed.
    • Collaborate with other team members, including marketing and communications, to ensure design materials align with overall project goals and messaging.
    • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
    • Provide administrative and operational support, including tracking project progress, organizing meetings, and preparing presentations.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (such as Sketch, Figma, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across design work.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • A portfolio showcasing design skills and relevant work experience (please include a link or attachment).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    • Knowledge of web design and HTML/CSS basics.
    • Familiarity with 3D design and animation tools.

    Financial Advisor – Global Markets

    Job Overview:

    An exciting career opportunity is available for Financial Advisors to service the corporate and retail segments of SIB.

    The key purpose of this role is to provide professional financial services to our clients within these segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, retaining and growing a client base by implementing financial planning solutions in line with the client’s needs.

    Chief Risk Officer (CRO)

    Job Summary

    • The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) is responsible for establishing and overseeing a comprehensive risk management framework to support the organization’s trading activities across multiple asset classes, including derivatives, forex, fixed income, equities, cryptocurrencies, and commodities. This role requires an individual with deep expertise in financial markets, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. The CRO will ensure that all trading activities align with the organization’s risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Risk Management

    • Implement a risk management framework tailored to diverse trading products and markets.
    • Manage the organization’s risk appetite in alignment with business objectives.
    • Provide strategic insights on emerging risks and global market trends that could impact trading activities.

     Risk Identification and Assessment

    • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across asset classes, including market, credit, liquidity, operational, legal, and reputational risks.
    • Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential impacts on trading portfolios.
    • Monitor systemic risks related to macroeconomic changes, regulatory developments, and geopolitical events.

     Risk Mitigation and Controls

    • Implement and refine risk policies, limits, and controls for each trading product and asset class.
    • Ensure effective collateral management, margin policies, and exposure limits for derivative and leveraged trades.
    • Develop contingency plans to address extreme market events, counterparty defaults, and technology failures.

     Risk Monitoring and Reporting

    Qualifications Education and Certification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
    • Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM are highly desirable.

    Experience

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing diverse trading products.
    • Proven expertise in managing risks across derivatives, forex, fixed income, equities, cryptocurrencies, and commodities markets.
    • Experience with high-frequency trading, algorithmic trading, and blockchain technology is a plus.

    Skills and Competencies
