Position Overview:

•  In your role as a HR Site Associate based in Murang'a, your main duty is to supervise all HR and administrative tasks encompassing recruitment, contracting, onboarding, performance management, attendance, disciplinary matters, and offboarding for personnel at our client site. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining robust work place relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Leave Management: Efficiently manage leave requests for direct staff members.
• Employee Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely issuance of contracts.
• Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for addressing employee concerns or grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Support the performance evaluation process for direct staff members.
• HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and data, including employee files, attendance records, and training documentation.
• Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate processing of payroll for all employees, including verification of timesheets, salary adjustments, and deductions.
• Compliance and Legal Requirements: Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
• Client Retention and Growth: Drive retention and growth of the existing customer base through exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaboration: Engage with other departments and offices within the Career Directions LTD Network to maximize synergies and deliver mutual benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a HR practitioner or in an operations role in a dynamic business environment.
• Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management or business-related field from a reputable institution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and HRMIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

Requirements

Skills & Experience & Education

• The preferred candidate should have strong experience in Talent Management in a Multinational environment preferably from Logistics Industry or FMCG.
• 6 years’ experience in a Human Resources corporate or consulting environment with at least 6 years focused on working in talent acquisition and assessment Change catalyst, Talent pipeline management and acquisition, Performance management and Leadership development.
• Must possess excellent skills in the areas of coaching and mentoring, project management, vendor management, strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment

Key Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to the reduction and prevention of Churn.
• Contribute to the cost savings target of the business.
• Monitor usage for customers and propose the appropriate plans to spur usage with the goal of increasing Revenues.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through health campaigns.
• Ensure the effective management of the customer requests maintaining high achievement in all quality critical matrices.
• Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customer needs and issues.
• Based on Client interactions, monitoring of key metrics and revenue reporting, provide early identification of churn to mitigate potential client issues or dissatisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into satisfied customers.
• Follow the laid down processes and procedures to effectively carry out retention tasks and impact positively on the Revenues.
• Work cross functionally to address issues raised through client interactions.
• Create a business and market intelligence feedback for better management of products and services, communication, sales and delivery, as well as customer support and retention.
• Support the Billing and Finance team in money collection and issue resolution.
• Grow and develop existing customers as well as generating new business through lead generation.

Requirements
