    ICT Manager (with Software Development Experience)

    • We are seeking an experienced ICT Manager with a strong background in software development to oversee and manage the ICT infrastructure across our multiple branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IT systems, ensuring data security, and leading a team of IT professionals to support our business operations efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • ICT Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute the company’s ICT strategy in alignment with business goals.
    • Plan and manage ICT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Identify and recommend new technologies to enhance business processes.
    • Software Development and Management:
    • Lead software development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
    • Oversee custom application development, integration, and maintenance.
    • Ensure software meets quality standards, security protocols, and user needs.
    • Infrastructure Management:
    • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases across all branches.
    • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of ICT systems.
    • Oversee cloud solutions and data backup strategies.
    • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the ICT team, providing guidance on projects and professional growth.
    • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
    • Cybersecurity:
    • Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to safeguard company data.
    • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
    • Branch Support:
    • Coordinate ICT support for multiple branches, ensuring smooth operations.
    • Develop and enforce ICT policies and procedures across branches.
    • Manage remote support systems and resolve technical issues promptly.
    • Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
    • Liaise with external vendors for ICT solutions and services.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure SLA compliance.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master degree is an advantage.
    • At least 7 years of ICT management experience, with 3+ years in software development roles.
    • Proven track record in managing ICT systems across multiple locations.
    • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
    • Strong knowledge of network management, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Senior Finance Officer

    The Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for the overall financial affairs including financial reporting, cash flow management and developing strategies based on financial research and guiding CEO and the Central Management Committee in making sound financial business decisions in the long and short term.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop financial policies and strategies.
    • Ensure accurate management reports.
    • Identify areas for financial improvement.
    • Minimize financial risk through robust internal controls.
    • Research and analyze financial trends.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
    • Present financial reports to stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on accounting software and tech advances.
    • Adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
    • Manage cash flow and control costs.
    • Analyze budgets and expenditures.
    • Foster relationships with suppliers, regulators, and auditors.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in commerce (Accounting/Finance option), Business Management (Accounting/Finance option), Economics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
    • Qualified Accountant (CPA (K), ACCA or Equivalent
    • Be a member of a professional body in good standing

    Experience

    • At least 8 years of Financial and Management Accounting experience with 3 years in leadership.
    • Demonstrated professional competence and administrative capability
    • Strong Financial and Accounting knowledge
    • Financial analysis and reporting experience
    • Good knowledge of accounting software
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
