    Deputy Lead Warehouse - Food and Beverage

    • The Deputy Lead Warehouse is responsible for supporting the Lead Warehouse in managing day-to-day warehouse operations within a food and beverage manufacturing environment. The role ensures accurate stock control, efficient goods movement, compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles, cleanliness (Gemba), and effective supervision of warehouse clerks to maintain high operational and food safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Lead Warehouse in daily warehouse operations.
    • Manage inventory for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
    • Ensure accurate goods receiving, storage, and dispatch.
    • Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts; report variances.
    • Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance during storage and dispatch.
    • Prevent expired, damaged, or obsolete stock in the warehouse.
    • Ensure warehouse Gemba is clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
    • Supervise and allocate work to warehouse clerks.
    • Ensure proper documentation for goods in and out.
    • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and safety procedures.
    • Prepare basic warehouse and inventory reports.

    Candidate Profile / Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Stores, or related field.
    • Must have 5-7 years’ warehouse experience in food & beverage manufacturing industry.
    • 3+ year supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, stock management and warehouse best practices.
    • Hands on experience with goods receiving, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
    • Ability to manage and supervise warehouse staff.
    • Proficient in warehouse documentation and basic computer systems (ERP / Excel/ SAP).
    • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards and storage standards.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity and accountability.

    Boiler Technician

    The Boiler Electrical Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and components associated with boiler operations. They ensure that all electrical equipment within the boiler systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably to support continuous plant operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Installation&Commissioning:

    • Install electrical wiring, control systems, sensors, and instrumentation for boilers and related equipment. Assist in commissioning new electrical systems to meet operational specifications.

    Routine Maintenance:

    • Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on Boiler electrical components, including wiring, switch gear, control panels, and instrumentation to prevent failures and reduce downtime.

    Troubleshooting &Repairs:

    • Diagnose electrical faults in boiler systems and implement appropriate corrective actions. Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and carry out repairs to restore optimal functioning.

    Electrical System Upgrades:

    • Evaluate existing electrical systems and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve BOILER safety, efficiency, and compliance with relevant standards.

    Safety Compliance:

    • Follow safety protocols and standards when handling electrical equipment. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and that lockout/tagout procedures are appropriately applied.

    Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, fault diagnoses, repairs, and parts used. Prepare reports on electrical system performance and issues.

    Work Coordination:

    • Collaborate with mechanical and process technicians, engineers, and other plant personnel to coordinate activities related to boiler and electrical system operations.

    Training &Supervision:

    • Provide guidance and training to junior technicians or apprentices as required.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Relevant technical diploma, certificate, or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with electrical systems in boiler or power plant environments.
    • Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices (e.g., NEC, OSHA).
    • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
    • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and respond to emergency electrical issues.
