    Graphic Designer

    Responsbilities

    • Develop creative designs for print and digital media, including brochures, social media graphics, corporate documents, presentations, ads, and promotional materials.
    • Execute brand-aligned corporate communication designs that maintain consistency across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to develop concepts and deliver quality designs.
    • Support digital marketing initiatives by creating visuals for social media, email marketing, web banners, and online campaigns.
    • Understand and interpret client requirements to produce professional, impactful designs.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience, essential for corporate communication design.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with familiarity in Premiere Pro/After Effects being a strong advantage.
    • Requires strong creative, conceptual thinking, and excellent visual communication/layout skills.
    • Must be customer service-oriented, with strong interpersonal, communication, and fast-learning abilities.
    • A strong attention to detail, consistency, and proven time management skills for handling multiple projects.
    • A portfolio of previous work is required from the preferred candidate (male/female, 25+).

    Somalia Market Manager

    • We are seeking a professional with deep knowledge of the Somali market. You will be permanently based in Nairobi, working remotely to take full responsibility for the strategy formulation and execution for the Somalia market, serving as the critical link between the company and the local market.

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    • Formulate and implement the annual/quarterly strategy and budget for the Somalia market.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of the local media environment, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics, providing insightful reports.
    • Expand and maintain relationships with local media, channels, KOLS (Key Opinion Leaders), and partners in Somalia.
    • Plan and execute localized marketing, brand promotion, and public relations activities.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of market activities, report regularly, and drive continuous optimization.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to ensure market strategies align with the company's overall goals.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Exceptional written and spoken proficiency in Somali and English.
    • Possess direct work experience in the Somali market and be familiar with the local business environment and regulations.
    • Understand the Somali media ecosystem and possess relevant resources and contacts/network.
    • Excellent cross-cultural communication and remote collaboration skills.
    • Self-driven and capable of working independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
