    Regional Kitchen Sales Representaive

    ​​​​​​Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly targets
    • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and retail outlets
    • Oversee and monitor performance of field sales representatives and merchandisers in the region Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform sale strategy
    • Coordinate product promotions, in-store visibility, and market activations
    • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and regional feedback Ensure proper execution of pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns in trade
    • Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely reorders

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG regional or field sales
    • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and reporting skills
    • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the region
    • Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools.

    Sales & Marketing(Petroleum Sector)

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for petroleum product exports and wholesale distribution.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
    • Promote and market the company's key products: Furnace Oil (HFO), LPG Gas, Petrol, Diesel, and Jet A1 Fuel.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
    • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and provide
    • regular sales reports to management.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing of petroleum products (HFO, LPG, Petrol, Diesel, or Jet A1 Fuel).
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
    • Good understanding of the petroleum industry, export procedures, and wholesale distribution.
    • Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive market.

    Spare Parts Salesperson

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist customers in selecting automotive spare parts.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on parts compatibility and usage.
    • Manage sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer tools.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels.
    • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of popular items.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Support daily shop operations, including display arrangements and cleanliness.
    • Multitask efficiently during peak business hours.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (automotive-related studies are an advantage but not mandatory).
    • Basic computer literacy and ability to use a POS system.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good product knowledge of vehicles and spare parts (or willingness to learn fast).
    • Ability to work in a high-stress, multitasking environment.
    • Customer-oriented, reliable, and committed to long- term employment.
    • Preferably male for operational reasons.
