    Quality Officer

    Role & Responsilities:

    • Determining quality improvement factors.
    • Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment.
    • Making sure processes adhere to quality standards.
    • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
    • Assure customer of product stability through post-dispatch Quality Assurance.
    • Verification of packaging and loading as per the quality standards.
    • Preparation of samples for KEBs approval.
    • Maintaining Batch reconciliation records.
    • Testing and monitoring reversion of the products dispatched.
    • Generation and issuance of certificate of analysis for each dispatch.
    • Manage all quality related records for future reference

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Additional certificate in other Engineering course will be an added advantage
    • 4+ experience in a similar role preferably in fabrication industry is an added advantage

    Interior Designer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Determine the client’s objectives, goals and requirements for the project
    • Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
    • Conceptualize and Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts
    • Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs at the budgeting Phase.
    • Place orders for decorative materials and oversee the installation of the design elements
    • Oversee construction and coordinate with general building contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project.
    • Visit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfied
    • Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
    • Regularly Designing new pieces of furniture for showroom.
    • In Liaison with hard wood manager select the fabric combinations to be used in making furniture
    • Constant improvement on the look, usage, and safety of interior spaces
    • Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook,
    • Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
    • Support encourage and develop team and take ownership for team cohesion
    • Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere
    • Makes useful links to arrive at insightful plans and solutions

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Architecture or any other relevant field.
    • 4+ years’ experience as an Interior Designer
    • Experience in Carpentry, Office furniture and Steel manufacturing will be an added advantage.

    Product Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Monitor products’ performance in the market.
    • Oversee market research on products, analyze results and provide recommendations based on findings.
    • Assess products and ensures they meet required margins.
    • Create products’ knowledge in the market and innovate ways for greater acceptance.
    • Advise on continuous products improvement to increase presence and margins.
    • Participate in new product developments (NPD) for introduction in the market to maintain market lead and generate new revenue for the company.
    • Conduct competitors’ product analysis to monitor the company's products quality & plan product improvements (PI) to maintain the competitive edge.
    • In conjunction with R&D, conduct trials at customers’ place for all new/existing products as required for standardization.
    • Coordinate technical training to teams and serve as a technical mentor to sales team members.
      Participate in the implementation of EHS / ISO and good housekeeping standards.
    • Manage and coordinate departmental budget.
    • Responsible for the physical facilities within the section.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field.
      Post-Graduate qualification in Paint Technology.
    • 10+ Years of experience in product management with at lest 4 years in the paint industry
