    DTC Marketing Manager

    Your New Role

    As a DTC Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening our brand visibility, enhancing the consumer experience, and driving customer acquisition and retention across direct-to-consumer channels. You will lead strategic initiatives across digital, social, and traditional media to elevate engagement and patient activation in metabolic care.

    You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong alignment across marketing, sales, medical and other teams — enabling an excellent patient journey and strong brand presence.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Leading omnichannel DTC marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Managing and optimizing consumer acquisition and retention funnels to drive conversion and lifetime value
    • Planning, executing, and analysing integrated campaigns based on consumer data and behavioural insights. Translating insights into strong messaging and initiatives to shape the patient journey
    • Applying analytics and market research to identify growth opportunities and consumer trends. Driving innovative content development across email, web, social and multimedia channels
    • Partnering with key influencers, digital opinion leaders and customers to strengthen advocacy. Managing cross-functional execution of tactical plans along patient touchpoints
    • Ensuring compliance with Business Ethics procedures, local regulations, and the Novo Nordisk Way. Sharing best practices and contributing to strategic regional projects. Applying an agile mindset and fail-fast approach to continuously improve performance

    Your Skills & Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, we expect:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in DTC or digital marketing roles with proven success in campaign delivery
    • Strong track record in consumer acquisition and retention strategy within consumer-focused industries
    • Experience using analytics platforms, CRM tools and e-commerce systems
    • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and consumer journey development
    • Exceptional collaboration, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Analytical, strategic and creative thinking with strong executional discipline
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver persuasive presentations
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic environments and innovate for growth

    Content and Promotions Specialist

    Your New Role

    As a Content & Promotions Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping how Novo Nordisk communicates with patients, healthcare professionals and key stakeholders across Middle Africa. This position will develop compelling content and promotional initiatives that elevate brand visibility, support product launches and ensure a seamless customer engagement experience.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure that all content is scientifically accurate, fully compliant and aligned with strategic business objectives.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and managing scientific, promotional and digital content for key audiences. Translating complex medical information into clear, engaging and accurate messaging
    • Ensuring full alignment and approval of materials with regulatory, medical, legal and brand requirements. Managing digital asset repositories to maintain accuracy, accessibility and version control
    • Partnering with sales, marketing, medical and digital teams to ensure unified messaging across touchpoints. Coordinating approvals and compliance oversight for promotional and educational materials
    • Engaging with KOLs, healthcare stakeholders and patient groups to support effective communication. Supporting presentations, workshops and webinars for internal and external audiences
    • Monitoring market trends, competitive activity and evolving customer needs. Ensuring all promotional activities comply with relevant ethical standards, industry codes and local regulations. Contributing to cross-functional projects and sharing best practices across the region

    Your Skills & Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, we expect:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Communications, Marketing or related field
    • 3–5 years of experience in content development, medical communications or promotional marketing — ideally in pharma or healthcare
    • Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
    • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills in a regulated environment
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
    • Fluency in English, French proficiency
    • Structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong executional capability
