    Waitress

    Spez Catering Limited is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, ensuring orders are taken and delivered accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
    • Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.
    • Check on customers during service to ensure satisfaction.
    • Handle billing, issue receipts, and process payments.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints politely.
    • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
    • Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards.
    • Support catering events and special functions as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is an advantage.
    • At least 2 years' experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role.

    • Good personal grooming and professional appearance.

    Chef

    Spez Catering Limited is seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our culinary team. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the smooth running of catering operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food preparation, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent dining experiences.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with company recipes and standards. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet customer expectations.
    • Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes.
    • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
    • Manage kitchen stock, monitor food supplies, and minimize wastage.
    • Supervise and support kitchen assistants and other staff where necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
    • Assist in catering events, buffets, and special functions.
    • Report to the Head Chef/Catering Manager on kitchen operations.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Food Production.
    • At least 2 years' proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
    • Strong cooking skills across a variety of cuisines.
    • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
    • Creativity and passion for food presentation.
    • Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Flexibility to work shifts.
