    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for setting, achieving all sales & collections targets.
    • Allocating different job areas, region wise or sector to the team.
    • Accompany the salespersons on his weekly visits to confirm credibility all new credit customers.
    • Must ensure that all customers are receiving their statements and that collections are made within the credit period.
    • Authorize and verify all claims for travel and allowances for the salespersons.
    • Liaise with Production Manager on projection and production plans and the Dispatch Manager about the situation of the vehicles and orders pending.
    • Ensure team is well capable and trained in sales and customer service.
    • Support Kaizen initiative.
    • Hold sales meetings with the team on a fortnight to iron out all the problems faced and progress made.
    • Submit the monthly sales report to the General Manager

    Qualifications

    • Must have at least 5 years experience in sales and marketing in manufacturing.
    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
    • Must have a valid driving license.
    • High levels of integrity and ethical standards.
    • Resilience under pressure and act as a change agent.
    • Good organization and facilitation Problem solver and management skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

    Supply Chain Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage supply chain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of different categories starting perfumes and cosmetics.
    • Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and address any issues to maintain a reliable and high-quality supply chain.
    • Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and reduce product obsolescence
    • Coordinate transportation, shipping, and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery of products to various locations within Kenyan cluster.
    • Streamline logistics processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
    • Establish quality control measures to uphold product standards and compliance with regulatory requirements in the cosmetics industry.
    • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any quality-related issues proactively.
    • Lead and mentor the supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and achieve departmental goals.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

    Key skills/Qualifications:

    • A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industry in Kenyan cluster.
    • Proficient understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, logistics, and distribution strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the cosmetics industry is an added advantage.
    • Impeccable reputation and trust is a must in the position.

    Brand Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Adapt and execute integrated marketing plans shared by the brand team to promote product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
    • Negotiate and implement trade plan with local retailers
    • Lead the local production of marketing campaigns elements according to brand guidelines
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
    • Build and implement the media plan in close collaboration with the brand team
    • Identify and propose to brand opportunities for Public Relation, local influencers, according to the objectives and guidelines shared by the brand
    • Plan and execute luxurious events and product launches that generate buzz and elevate the brand’s image.
    • Manage, follow, and respect budgets for marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities validated by the brand
    • Communicate Wholesale and Sell-Out performances monthly, perform analysis and action plans
    • Control of the image of the brand in the area, share the relevant information’s (counterfeits, parallel market, judicial liquidation, etc.)
    • Establishment of authorized retailer contracts and general sales conditions with retailers, control of the quality criteria of the points of sale in accordance with the brand guidelines

    Key skills/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
    • At least 5 years of experience working in branding, with a luxury brand.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and capitalize on market trends.
    • A keen eye for aesthetics, innovative ideas, and the ability to think outside the box to find new ways to stand out in the respect of the brand DNA and luxury standards.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the brand’s story and message to the target audience.
    • A team player who fosters a positive work environment, encourages collaboration, and values input from team members.
    • A genuine passion and understanding of the luxury industry, along with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, quality, and exclusivity.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling challenges with grace and determination.
    • Awareness of international markets and cultural nuances to tailor marketing strategies for a diverse global clientele.
