REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Need to have good practical experience and expertise in agronomy principles.
• Have demonstrated effective communication (numerate narrations, clarity, brevity) at a rural small scale farmer level and through to high levels within the company.
• Comfortable with using innovative electronic technology daily in the course of accomplishing the work.
• Be a team player and collaborator who is passionate about the team’s success
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity, reliability and respect

QUALIFICATIONS / KEY SKILLS

Candidates with at least three years post tertiary education experience preferred. Experience working with pyrethrum is an added bonus.
