Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed the assigned sales budget for signage and point-of-purchase (POP) products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
Follow up consistently to convert leads into closed sales while ensuring a seamless client
experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing queries, and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Project Planning & Coordination
Participate in internal strategy meetings with the workshop and production teams to plan and align execution schedules.
Oversee project execution to ensure quality standards, timelines, and client specifications are met.
Coordinate effectively across design, production, and installation teams to address any emerging challenges proactively.
Debt Collection & Revenue Assurance
Monitor account receivables and follow up diligently on client payments to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
Maintain accurate records of payment statuses and proactively resolve any payment disputes in collaboration with finance.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within the signage and pop sectors or related fields.
Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams toward achieving set objectives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to support business growth.
Results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and meeting business objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
