    Account Manager

    We’re excited to open up a role for a skilled and motivated Account Manager to join Unlimit’s Global Account Management team. We’re looking for someone ready to take on a strategic position focused on driving business growth by expanding relationships with existing merchants and converting new leads into long-term partners. You’ll be working with a diverse range of fast-scaling online businesses, helping them navigate the world of payments while creating tangible value on both sides.

    The role is well-suited for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with a consultative mindset, and who enjoys building long-term client relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a prestigious role for someone eager to take ownership, lead commercial conversations at a high level, and make their mark in a company that's growing fast and building for the future of global commerce.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead growth initiatives – Identify high-potential opportunities within current accounts while also bringing in new business from promising eCommerce businesses across various verticals.
    • Be a strategic partner – Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term, meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and helping merchants unlock new growth through Unlimit’s products.
    • Drive commercial results – Lead negotiations, present tailored solutions, and design upselling/cross-selling strategies that benefit both the client and our business.
    • Represent Unlimit globally – Be the face of Unlimit in client interactions, industry events, and strategic discussions—bringing credibility, insight, and professionalism.
    • Advocate for the Client – Be the voice of your merchants within Unlimit, ensuring their needs and feedback shape our approach.
    • Contribute to Culture – Help cultivate a supportive, high-energy environment where ideas are shared, wins are celebrated, and challenges are tackled together
    • Innovate and evolve – Collaborate across teams and geographies, sharing ideas and shaping how we work as we continue to scale and redefine the industry standard.

    Who You Are:

    • A results-driven commercial leader with strong experience in account management, business development, or partnerships in fast-paced, client-facing environments
    • A confident negotiator with the ability to navigate complex conversations and close strategic deals
    • Someone passionate about eCommerce, digital innovation, and the future of payments — especially in emerging markets
    • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and sees opportunity where others see complexity
    • A globally minded collaborator, excited to work across cultures and time zones, with a strong personal network or the ambition to build one
