    Administrative Support Volunteer

    Responsibilities:

    • The Administrative Support Volunteer (ASV) understands and adapts to the Kitchen Cottage Academy vision and performs impeccable administrative duties for KCA, with the customers (learners and Tutors) and KCA team in mind.


    They will;

    • Support company leadership and supervise administrative department activities for the KCA team.
    • Handle basic tasks, such as overseeing the [email protected] email address and data entry on our SkilledUp Life page, KCA blog and website.
    • Set up meetings, note-taking from all the meetings, draw up the actions for the meetings.
    • Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
    • Set up tasks for the team on our Airtable platform.
    • Upload any contents/ materials as needed on the backend of the platform to support the content editors/ uploaders.
    • Direct, review, and optimise office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs
    • Perform all administrative and clerical duties required by the CEO
    • Oversee other admin directives from the CEO & constituted authority.


    Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Requirements:

    • The Administrative Support Volunteer (ASV) understands our vision to build and empower communities and social capital.


    We desire an administrator that has;

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
    • Proactive, organised approach to multitasking
    • Great knowledge of MS Office and Data entry/analysis.
    • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
    • Great ability to be detail-oriented
    • Great customer service skills
