Assistant Accountant at EBK Headwear and Apparel Epz Co.Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
•  Reconcile bank statements to company accounts, resolving discrepancies.
•  Process employee payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions, and timely payment.
•  Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.

Requirements:

• Degree  in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certification ( CPA part 2 is a MUST)
• Prior experience in accounting or payroll processing is preferred.
•  Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks  and Microsoft Excel).
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks.
•  Good written and verbal communication for dealing with internal teams and external clients.
•  Ability to handle sensitive financial and payroll information discreetly.
