About the Role:

• As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure, service expansion, and customer-focused initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, covering resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, including network engineers, field technicians, and customer service representatives.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and risks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while addressing issues during execution. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and monitor financial objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement by learning from completed projects and staying informed on industry trends.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Diploma in Project Management with a minimum of 3 years' experience will be considered.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the ISP or telecommunications sector.
• Proficiency in project management tools (eg, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Technical knowledge of internet services, network infrastructure, and telecommunications is a plus.
