Back-End Developer- Django Developer at SasaPay

You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web apps using Django and Python
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for integration
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code
• Optimize performance, scalability and security
• Collaborate with front-end, design and product teams
• Perform unit testing and debugging
• Manage database schemas and queries (ORM and SQL)
• Participate in code reviews and enforce standards
• Stay up-to-date with trends and new technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in Django/Python web development
• Proficiency in Django framework and Python libraries
• Experience with RESTful API development
• Strong grasp of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Django ORM
• Familiarity with front-end tech (ReactJs, NextJs, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of version control (preferably Git)
• Experience with testing frameworks like pytest or unittest
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
