    Business Developer & Showroom Manager

    Our client is a multinational manufacturing firm that deals in tile production and distribution across Africa and Europe.


    The Business Developer and Showroom Manager will generate new business leads, present company products to prospects, manage the showroom, and engage in sales and marketing activities that would increase company sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Scout and pursue business opportunities in construction or projects where company products could be installed.
    • Build and maintain new business relationships with potential customers and drive them to the local company showroom.
    • Generate leads, accounts, and business opportunities through direct marketing activities or personal meeting.
    • Organize and conduct product presentations as well as training sessions both in-person and online.
    • Organize and manage events inside the showroom or in other locations.
    • Ensure that the local showroom is always tidy and ready to accept visitors.
    • Be well informed on company products and present them to potential customers.
    • Be constantly aware of company product catalogues and offers.
    • Keep colleagues in the business loop and share all business information with them quickly.
    • Fulfill tasks received by Projects Division Director and provide updates on work in progress.
    • Be open to travelling within Accra and elsewhere when needed.



    • A Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Design/Architecture/Interior design/Economics.
    • A minimum of 2 years’ work experience as a business developer, showroom manager and retail coordinator.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Excellent organizational and creative thinking skills.
    • Good communication, interpersonal and managerial skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Working knowledge in MS Office suite, CRM and other related software programs.
