    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
    • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand our client base and market share.
    • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring win-win partnerships that deliver value for both Oracom Group and our clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to drive successful client onboarding and project execution.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.
    • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • A deep understanding of the technology sector (a plus).
    • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
