We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand our client base and market share.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring win-win partnerships that deliver value for both Oracom Group and our clients.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to drive successful client onboarding and project execution.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
The ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A deep understanding of the technology sector (a plus).
Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
