    Call Center Agent

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Engage clients & negotiate debt repayment plans
    • Resolve customer inquiries & complaints
    • Meet daily & monthly debt recovery targets
    • Prepare and submit timely reports

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in a relevant field with 1-2 years experience
    • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
    • Aggressive, proactive, & emotionally intelligent
    • Computer literate & a critical thinker
