    Call Center Operator

    • Are you an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator with a passion for customer engagement and sales? Unateus is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as Call Center Operators, specialising in telemarketing services.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Call Center Operator at Unateus, you will be at the forefront of our telemarketing efforts. Your role will involve:

    • Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospects to introduce products and convert leads into orders for delivery.
    • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.
    • Customer Engagement: Building rapport with potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
    • Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives while maintaining high-quality interactions with customers.
    • Data Entry: Accurately recording customer information and order details in our CRM.
    • Call Recordings: Record and upload all calls.
    • Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with our team and customers to address any issues or updates.

    Requirements:

    To be successful as a Call Center Operator at Unateus, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information persuasively.
    • Sales Aptitude: A passion for sales and the ability to effectively close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage, empathize, and build trust with potential customers.
    • Resilience: The capacity to handle rejection and objections professionally, turning them into opportunities.
    • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to use CRM and messengers.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
    • Workspace: A quiet place with an Internet-enabled PC and cell phone is essential.
