    Call Centre Agent

    Your Role:

    • Collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in a relevant field and 1-2 years in debt collection/credit.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Computer literate and fluent in English.
