REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Human Resources Management, Business Related Discipline, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role or related field.
• Excellent understanding of CBET approaches, programs and requirements. 4. Possess and demonstrate qualities of leadership and management skills. 5. Ability to pursue, negotiate, acquire corporate partnerships and excellent networking skills.
• High level of reliability, flexibility and effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for careers development and desire to create lasting impact on learners and the industry.
• Ability to work with diverse student groups and meet their career needs.
• Kenya School of TVET training and TVETA License will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in training or working in a reputable college or university will be an added advantage.
