    Chief Enterprise Business Officer

    Define and deploy an innovative enterprise business strategy that includes the delivery on B2B customer expectations, managed services for enterprises, storage solutions, new opportunities in the smart world, and custom services for small businesses.

    Job Role

    • Define and deploy an innovative enterprise business strategy to deliver on the business’s ambition by identifying, quantifying, and planning for business opportunities enabled by digital technology.
    • Select and secure the needed partnerships with enterprises, IoT-specific mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) and digital upstarts with the objective of expanding verticals and offerings to sustain business profitability.
    • Understanding of the Enterprise market within client accounts to build suitable business development plans to maximize sales opportunities within these accounts.
    • Extend current/existing offerings to enable unified end-to-end communication and technology services for clients. e.g. Security offerings to include a full range of enterprise cyber security products and managed security services to clients etc.
    • Efficiently forge partnerships and collaborations as a competitive advantage to enhance business deliverables, share of value and the quality of services.
    • Provide C-level enterprise business advisory and guidance including customer level opportunity mapping, spearheading business contracts and budget deployment for value.
    • Ability to connect at CXO levels and exhibit deal making capability as well as Solution / Consultant mindset that impacts customers/clients’ businesses.
    • Good understanding of Enterprise market accounts to build suitable business development plans to maximize sales opportunities within these accounts.
    • Enable structures and initiatives that foster coordination with various Divisions internally e.g., IT, Customer Relations, Mktg, Finance etc. to extend seamless customer onboarding, activation, and customer experience.
    • Leverage research tools, to generate crucial insights including consumer trends and behaviours, technology adoption, corporate financial data, client business results, brand power & positioning, social media trends and qualitative consumer findings for informed business decisions.
    • Leverage B2B fundamentals to drive B2B concepts, value proposition development and segmentation.
    • Forecast, plan and develop budgets that provide MTN Ghana with a return on investment on a consistent basis
    • Functional leadership and people management.

    Education

    • Minimum of a Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
    • Post graduate qualification.

    Experience

    • · Minimum of 8 - 10 years in managing enterprise or large accounts with at least 5 years’ experience at strategic management level.
    • · Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly collaborative team environments.
    • · Corporate Sales & Marketing Experience required, from technology/digital industry preferable. Experience working with key stakeholders of large accounts.
