Club/Restaurant Manager – Kitale at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities.

• Oversee daily restaurant/club operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee inventory, sales, marketing, and expenses to maximize profitability.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and analyse reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless coordination.

Key Qualifications.

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant, club, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
