Sanivation is scaling fast and we’re looking for a sharp Compensation Consultant to help us design the future of pay and benefits for our growing team.

What’s the challenge?

We last reviewed compensation in 2021. Since then, we’ve expanded operations, updated our job grading system, and set ambitious goals for 2026–2030. Now we need an expert to:

• Benchmark against peers in Kenya and beyond
• Build updated salary bands and incentive structures
• Craft a 3–5 year compensation strategy that’s fair, competitive, and future‑proof
• Train our managers to apply these systems with confidence
