Support the drafting of key subcontract management documents for internal and external stakeholders, including informational briefs, pre-award requirements, application and reporting templates, due diligence checklists, etc
Collect and collate information across teams and/or subcontracts to facilitate relevant decision-making throughout the contract life-cycle
Support research/discovery into prime funder rules and regulations
Review supplier inputs/redlines to contracting documents and escalate to Director for resolution
Help coordinate pre- and post-award meetings to support and provide guidance related to subcontracting needs (internal and external, including with technical/selection committees, prime funders, and subcontractors)
Help coordinate processes for subcontract performance reviews, compliance/due diligence activities, and risk management
Maintain subcontract filing and knowledge management systems
Maintain deadline tracking and communication systems for key subcontract milestones (reporting, disbursements, due diligence checks etc)
