    Creative Manager

    About the Role

    Moove is looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Creative Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing - Africa. As a proven result-driven person, the Creative Manager will be leading the creative team to build the image of Moove.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the creative, media, and advertising industry and a proven track record in implementing successful growth strategies and leading teams. The Creative Manager will be prepared to be fully accountable for the success of the creative team.

    In this role, you will dig deep into the planning, shaping, and monitoring of Moove brand campaigns so as to build and enhance the image of the organization. If you've got excellent leadership skills, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for organization, this is the role for you!

    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a Creative Manager who will provide our marketing and creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects, and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a creative expert. and who also has deep knowledge in agency management, creative development, ideation, project management, and stakeholder management.   

    What you will Be Doing

    • Lead an in-house creative team (including graphic artists) to develop concepts and oversee creative projects from ideation to implementation. 
    • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative ideas and promotional campaigns using the latest techniques. 
    • Serve as the in-house expert on all brand guidelines, tone of voice, color, and expressions to consistently maintain brand imagery. 
    • Periodically lead creative and brainstorming sessions to develop groundbreaking ideas for brand campaigns and product launches. 
    • Review all content and graphics (Videos, GIFs, Copy, Designs, Newsletter Templates e.t.c) for both internal and external execution. 
    • Evaluate marketing materials from time to time and ensure up-to-date materials are deployed across the brand marketing and communication funnel. 
    • Create relevant content in line with core brand campaigns and activities to ensure brand consistency
    • Propose relevant creative strategies and materials as the need arises and report the results to business leads. 
    • Model our core values and promoting them internally and externally.

    What you will need for this position

    • A good first degree in a relevant field 
    • A minimum of 6 years experience. 
    • Experience in advertising or creative agency. 
    • Experience in building and executing through-the-line campaigns 
    • Knowledge of emerging marketing techniques
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Passionate about new technologies and making Africa great.

    • Growth in Brand Equity - % Increase in Brand Recall
    • Positive Net Promoter Score - Above 70%

    Who You'll Be Working with:

    Directly reporting to our Head of Marketing - Africa, and closely working with our Marketing and Communications Team.
