    Credit Officer

    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role based in Eldoret for a Direct Sales Agent. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging in sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and managing relationships with clients. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing and presenting financing solutions, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

    Qualifications

    • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
    • Customer Service experience and abilities
    • Sales skills, including prospecting and closing techniques
    • Basic knowledge of Finance and financial products
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience in the financial services,Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is a plus
