The cruise reservation executive is responsible for making cruise reservations and bookings and shall be required to maintain a good relationship with clients, ensuring valued clients receive an excellent service-oriented operation.
The cruise reservation executive shall also ensure clients enjoy a good and a safe time and respond to clients queries professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make cruise bookings for clients and other agencies
Market Adansi Travels cruise to clients and other agencies
Check the availability of cruise for clients desired travel dates
Professionally sort out any issue that may arise with bookings or reservations
Review cancelled reservations and process charges according to Adansi’s policy
Build strong relationships with customers, guests and club members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively
Ensure guests are aware of all booking conditions including, cruise, special rates, and cancellation policies.
Demonstrate clear understanding of the sales processes for the cruise
Liaise with the cruise companies / agencies
Ensure every opportunity is taken to maximize revenue
Communicate information in a timely manner, regarding reservations to clients
Collaborate with tour guides on fun and safe activities onboard and off board
Report to general management regarding common complaints, operational issues, and ways to improve the itinerary and the service
Any other office duties as required
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
HND in any related field
Integrity and ability to work under instructions
Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
Excellent customer service skills with an approach that consistently seeks to go above and beyond.
An empathetic ability to listen and thereafter communicate effectively and articulately.
Highly accurate with an excellent attention to detail
Well organized with an ability to successfully multi-task
Certification in IATA or any recognizable travel certifications is an advantage
Knowledgeable in both domestic and international travel trends
Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems
Detail-oriented, strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent customer service
Professional telephone skills
Demonstrate exceptional skills in sales, customer relations, communications, and problem solving.
Previous experience of working as selling cruise packages would be an advantage
