This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Customer Experience Manager. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing the customer service teams, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer feedback, developing strategies to improve customer engagement, handling client communications, and ensuring that safety and accommodation standards are maintained.
