    Customer Experience Manager

    This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Customer Experience Manager. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing the customer service teams, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer feedback, developing strategies to improve customer engagement, handling client communications, and ensuring that safety and accommodation standards are maintained.

    Qualifications

    • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
    • Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret customer feedback and data
    • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Experience in managing on-site teams and maintenance staff
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
    • Prior experience in property management or similar roles is an advantage
