Job specifications

• BS Degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 1-year experience as a graduate architect.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Suites, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or similar).
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Project management skills.
• Work within agreed deadlines, schedules or project framework(s).

Job summary

• Control project(s) design and implementation to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Develop briefs to identify clients’ needs, put together feasibility reports and present design proposals.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
• Compile project specifications.
• Keep within project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure that design and implementation on site complies with building codes, guidelines and regulations.
• Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
• Cooperate and liaise with Operations team and other construction professionals.
• Follow and document architectural trends and advancements.
• File development documents according to procedures and processes.
