Manage digital platforms to grow audiences, optimize content, and improve engagement on web and social pages
Drive conversion among audiences to support Flone's work through campaigns, advocacy, and fundraising campaigns
Create content to publish on social and web platforms in collaboration with the programme
Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of Flone's website
Utilise tools to build our online communities and keep them engaged in our interventions and activities
Utilize various techniques, including paid search, Blogs, Email marketing, Google analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and display advertising, to increase reach and engagement.
Collaborate closely with staff to support content creation and distribution of news, research reports, impact, and interventions.
Responsible for planning and budgeting digital marketing budget
Manage the contact database and assist with lead-generation activities
Keeping up to date with emerging digital marketing trends to maximize the effectiveness of strategies
Perform any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
What You'll need to succeed
Proven progressive responsibility in a similar position.
Experience in working in marketing for a company or NGO
Excellent writing skills
Proven progressive responsibility to work diligently as part of a busy team
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy, particularly with regard to working with vulnerable people
Willingness to travel within Kenya
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
