    Digital Marketing Manager

    About the Role

    Moove is looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing - Africa. As a proven result-driven person, the Digital Marketing Manager will be leading the charge to execute approved regional digital marketing plans.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the automotive finance industry and a proven track record in digitally developing territories, implementing successful growth strategies, and leading teams. The Digital Marketing Manager will be prepared to be fully accountable for leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

    In this role, you will dig deep into the development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across all our digital channels so as to make the organization more efficient, effective, and amazing. If you've got a digitally inclined mind, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for organization, this is the role for you!

    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will manage all digital marketing projects, tasks, and deliverables within our marketing and communications team and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a digital marketing expert, and who also has deep knowledge in copywriting, social media management, performance marketing, and stakeholder management. 

    What you will Be Doing

    •  Utilize all the relevant digital marketing touchpoints (CRM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, etc.) to deliver the brand building and awareness objectives.
    • Grow Moove’s digital footprints across all touchpoints to engage the stakeholders (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin).  
    • Deliver the social media plan (including a content calendar) which focuses on the key moments of engagement online with a clear understanding of trends.
    • Guided by data analytics, ensure digital campaigns deliver on the commercial objectives of the company.
    • Collaborate with other departments (including Operations and Business Development) to ensure the efficiency of CRM plans for every aspect of the business.
    • Create relevant content in line with core brand campaigns and activities to ensure brand consistency
    • Present creative ideas, process & execute and report the results to business leads. 
    • Model our core values and promoting them internally and externally.

    What you will need for this position

    • A good first degree in a relevant field 
    • A minimum of 6 years experience. 
    • Experience in the Mobility and Tech industry. 
    • Start-up experience.
    • Planning and data analytics skills
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • People management and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in managing social media platforms
    • Passionate about new technologies and making Africa great.

    KPIs that will be measured after you start

    • % Increase in Web Traffic 
    • % increase in Social Media Following 
    • % increase in Engagement Rate

    Who You'll Be Working with:

    Directly reporting to our Head of Marketing - Africa, and closely working with our Marketing and Communications Team.
