Identify and develop programs that foster fair, respectful, and consistent approach to employee relations.
Collate and analyse data and metrics on existing and potential employee welfare initiatives to develop strategies and/or recommendations for positive employee relations.
Develop policies, procedures and programs that address key risks and support the business in promoting of fair and equitable employee relations and decisions.
Ensure employee policies and procedures are compliant with employment regulations.
From time to time, evaluate existing HR processes and practices and make recommendations.
Develop diversity and inclusivity programs across the business and partner with HRBPs for implementation.
Serve as liaison person for fundamental HR issues partnering with HRBPs and management for resolution of complex employee relation issues.
Design interventions, including surveys to capture employee issues/ welfare status for action planning.
Lead business-wide training on best employee relation practices and strategies.
Represent the organization in contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resource Management.
5-7 years’ experience in generalist HR/ Legal with at least 4 years handling employee relations.
Sound knowledge of the principles and practices of employee labor relations.
Good understanding and application of employment law and regulations.
Demonstrable experience executing programs that positively impact employee relations.
