    Experiential Manager

    Job Overview:

    • We are looking for an Experiential Manager to lead the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and experiential marketing campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for creating engaging brand experiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute experiential marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of brand activations, events, and sponsorships.
    • Manage client experiential programs, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and account management to deliver engaging experiences.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth execution.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of experiential campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize future activations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer engagement best practices.
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality execution.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field
    • Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or brand activations, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience within the advertising, marketing, or communications industry preferred
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering innovative and memorable brand experiences.
    • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns and projects.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
