    Field Collection Agent

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recover defaulted payments through field visits & client engagement
    • Investigate & resolve customer complaints in line with company policies
    • Detect fraudulent activities & report them
    • Negotiate payment arrangements & ensure follow-ups

    What You Need:

    • Strong communication & negotiation skills
    • Experience in debt recovery is a plus
    • Ability to handle difficult calls & field visits
    • Computer literacy & attention to detail
