Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Hardware Sales Executive to promote and sell their plumbing and irrigation products to hardware shops across Kenya. Based in Nairobi, the ideal candidate will travel extensively to develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships in both urban and rural areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit hardware shops nationwide to market and sell plumbing and irrigation products
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Gather market intelligence and report on customer feedback and competitor activity
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach
Requirements:
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field
2–3 years of sales experience in the hardware industry
Willingness to travel and spend a few nights each month outside Nairobi
Proven track record in field sales and excellent customer service skills
