What You Will Do

• As the Film & Theatre Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the artistic experience of learners by:
• Designing engaging, practical, and learner-centered lessons
• Guiding students through performances, projects, and creative expression
• Using modern teaching methods and digital tools to elevate learning
• Assessing learners through varied methods performances, presentations, quizzes, exams
• Providing continuous feedback and supporting individualized learning needs
• Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and best teaching practices
• Actively participating in professional development to grow in your craft

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a professional with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Film & Theatre Education or Film/Theatre + PGDE
• TSC registration or proof of registration in progress
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan curriculum, especially CBE
• Excellent communication, creativity, and digital competency
• The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and inspire learners
• Experience in co-curricular activities is an added advantage
