In order to maximize value for our partner restaurants and our customers, our Food Innovation team is innovating around new food concepts and new kitchen operating frameworks. We are looking for an analytical and results-driven person to act as the Food Innovation Lead and be the owner of this vertical in Sub - Saharan Africa. You will be responsible to lead the implementation, growth, strategy, and P&L of our food innovation verticals.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will

• Be the owner of the Food Innovation vertical P&L in Sub - Saharan Africa.
• Lead new project launchings within the Food Innovation team.
• Manage the food innovation team to assure operational excellence.
• Develop our virtual brands’ playbook, and implement it countrywide.
• Create a network of franchisees to fill content gaps across Sub - Saharan Africa.
• Develop our private labels offer, through importing them from other Countries and creating them from scratch locally.
• Coordinate & develop partnerships with important brands and merchants and loop their feedback into our sales strategy.
• Providing proactive, insightful, high-quality analysis to support decision making.
• Work with a cross-functional team both locally and globally.
• Report into Head of Groceries and Food Innovation.

You Have

• Minimum +4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic environment
• Rigorous in organization and planning
• Proven project management skills.
• Social abilities and team-player
• Experience influencing stakeholders at various levels.
• Analytical, strategic and 360 mindset.
• Hands on, results oriented, autonomous and efficient.
• Proficient in English. French as a plus.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals.
• SQL and Python as a strong plus
