General Manager at Booch

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the company’s overall operations and strategic growth. The successful candidate will lead seven key departments — Finance & Operations, Human Resources, Factory, Analytics, Production, Marketing, and Sales — ensuring smooth coordination, high performance, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership across all departments.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Manage departmental heads and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking processes.
• Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.
• Foster a positive, high-performing work culture that supports innovation and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations.
• Report regularly to the CEO and Board on company performance and key metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong background in operations, finance, production, and marketing management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
