This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Cold Springs Homa Bay Hotel, located in Central ward. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards across all departments, managing staff, and maintaining relationships with guests and suppliers. They will also oversee financial performance, coordinate marketing strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance and guest satisfaction.
