General Trade Manager

Job Requirements
- We are hiring a General Trade Manager for one of our reputable manufacturing client dealing with FMCG products
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in General Trade leadership within FMCG
- Proven ability to lead and manage regional sales teams Strong understanding of traditional trade operations and retail dynamics
- Excellent relationship-building skills with wholesalers, distributors & retailers
- Skilled in sales tracking, reporting, and strategic planning
- Ability to drive merchandising, product listing & trade promotions
- Strong training, execution, and field management capabilities
- Location: Various Modern Trade Outlets (Nairobi & surrounding areas)
- Contract Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of extension)
- Start Date: Immediate
